How may I know if my order is well done?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you would not receive it, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How may I pay for my order?
We accept the following means of payment: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Paypal, among which you can choose one of these after adding products to cart.
Why can my credit card be rejected?
Your card may be rejected by one of the following reasons:
- The card may have expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- It may have been reached the limit of the card. Check with your bank card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
- Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment by Visa and Mastercard transactions only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES system, the system will contact the bank that issued to the buyer to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be made on the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled.
What are the areas and shipping times and fees?
Spain peninsular and Portugal: 3,99€. Free delivery on orders over € 70, delivery time is 2 or 4 business days after receiving the order confirmation e-mail.
Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 20€ shipping fee, delivery time is 3 or 5 working days after receiving the order confirmation email. Expenses for customs clearance and Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla taxes are not included due to be outside the control of Wildreamers. It is your responsibility to pay customs clearance and Canary, Ceuta or Melilla taxes to the carrier that delivers your order. The delay in the delivery due to customs clearance is not responsibility of Wildreamers. According to current legislation, the VAT on their orders cannot be removed or discounted if you are an individual.
European Union countries: 15€ shipping fee, delivery time is 2 or 4 business days after receiving the order confirmation e-mail.
North America: 35€ * shipping fee, delivery time is 3 or 5 business days after receiving the order confirmation e-mail.
Central and South America: 35€ * shipping fee, delivery time is 4 or 6 business days after receiving the order confirmation e-mail.
Asia and Oceania: 35€ * shipping fee, delivery time is 4 or 6 business days after receiving the order confirmation e-mail.
* Very important notice: the costs incurred by management, customs clearance and taxes are not included. To be beyond the control of Wildreamers, it is the responsibility of the customer that receives the order to pay the amount of these expenses to the carrier which makes it the delivery. Delays in delivery caused by customs procedures are not the responsibility of Wildreamers.
How may I exchange or return my order?
Change and Return Terms
No changes or refunds are allowed for items with signs of having been worn or washed, or articles without their full original internal and external labeling or without their original packaging. Changes or refunds after the deadline and those that do not include fills the enclosed Change Request or refund in this section will not be accepted.
It is normal that the pictures may differ from item received, due to special conditions of light. Especially those products with art craft processes could have a slight difference in the finish. This is what makes us unique! These aspects are not considered defects.
Wildreamers reserves the right to reject changes and returns that are not in the same condition they were received or fulfilled these conditions. Returns and exchanges that have been rejected by Wildreamers will be available to senders for a period of 7 days.

No deliveries will be accepted by other means.
Within 24-48 working hours from receiving your parcel, we will send an e-mail accepting your request to change if it meets the “Exchange and Return Terms”, and confirming the existence of the new items requested for, only if necessary, proceed your payment of the difference amount. If no stock, we will contact you to offer you other products. Then you will receive your new product in the desired address.

Within 15 calendar days after the receipt of your parcel, we will send you an e-mail accepting your return request if it meets the “Exchange and Return Terms” and confirming the amount to be returned. Within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of this email of acceptance we will proceed to order the payment of your refund by the same mean of payment that you chose to order. Shipping costs paid by the customer cannot be returned.
Defective or wrong item
Wildreamers only sells items in perfect conditions, so if you exceptionally get a defective garment please contact our customer service.
Also if you ever by mistake, you get an item that did not order, please contact our customer service.
How may I know which is my size?
Wildreamers ‘One size fits all’ equivalents to a range from size 36 to size 40 as Europe Woman Sizes, it depends on patterns and models. So we adapt our garments to the different body shapes. We recommend you consult each product file where you will find the illustrative measures for each single garment.
May I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel your order once we sent the Order Confirmation email to you.
I have forgotten my password, how may I recover it?
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it on the Log In (top left on the Home screen). You will receive an email to restore your password.
